difference in ourselves by holding each other accountable for continued growth. We make a difference in our community by opening our doors for CPR classes, station tours, yearly events, and more. Additionally, we enjoy doing outreach events with local schools and always participate in Washington City events such as Cotton Days. At WCFD, we believe in provid- ing the best care for our community as well as building lasting relationships between our fire department and our citizens.

In addition to physical training, we complete daily trainings within our depart- ment. We recently finished an eight-week regi- men of UL FSRI Fire Safety Academy courses, which allowed us to not only train with our shift but also to have the same foundation across the department.
